In the 2016 Nike South Invitational, The Woodlands were some of the usual suspects in the race. They were coming off of a 2015 UIL 6A State team title and had the Nike South Invitational in their back yard. With that, the race was made by the level of competition that raised the bar. College Park, a school that is just around the corner also had a stud team. That is not all! Conroe Oak Ridge also had a special team and they were strapped up for battle.All in all, three of the top teams in the state who just so happened to be in the same district made the 2016 Nike South Invitational very entertaining.
